  Firstly I would like to say that the people who run the place were very friendly and helpful and the most hospitable people I have met in my experience of staying in a wide variety of hotels. The place was spotless and extremely fresh with an expert touch on the decor. The breakfast in my opinion was cooked to perfection. Really couldn't think of ... cosa dice la gente » a bad word to say about Downsfield Bed & Breakfast as it's also very well situated especially as I do not drive and could jump on a bus literally - The cleanliness and look of the B & B was exceptional. The way it was decorated was lovely and modern. Made us want to come back to the accomodation abit earlier to chill out. We stayed at the st ives harbour hotel and spa two days previous and just added on Downsfield to the end of our stay, but i would definatly return to Downsfield eveb though its further to get to town it was a much more nicer and homely place to return too. The price was reasonable too, making us want to return as a wh
