  I was with my daughter and granddaughter who is 17months old. Our room was perfect. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb and included in the price. If you are looking for a boutique type hotel this is not for you, but I would stay here over any boutique hotel. The setting was magnificent. Beautiful grounds and woodland... cosa dice la gente » s. Even the walk back to the hotel from St Ives up the big hill was not enough to put me off going again. - The hotel was absolutely amazing! So friendly and had a lovely warm welcome and ports of smiles and politeness from all staff. Food was delicious and well presented. Our room was AMAZING, we had a beautiful view of the sea and the room was kept nice and clean everyday by the wonderful cleaning staff. We will be staying again with you in the future!   The apartment was very spacious and stylishly furnished. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room and a good sized table that would sit 6 people. The bathroom (and the shower in particular) was good. There was plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen. There was a lovely patio/seating area with a ta - The 2-bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious and bright with a lovely view of the sea and comfy beds. I like cooking on holiday and the kitchen facilities were great. Lee was a very welcoming manager.

  the design of our room was beautiful and clean. the bed was so comfortable. the breakfast was amazing had pancakes and waffles and loads of different fruit and cereal. the staff were really helpful and welcoming - Excellent location, with sea views all around.
