We were attending a concert at the nearby Castle & chose it as it was so close. The staff were all excellent especially the breakfast staff who were friendly even though they were busy.
The value was brilliant and surpassed my expectations & was more impressive than a recent stay we had at a very posh London hotel .... A choice of a crump

The staff were extremely helpful. Kept charging my phone for me as I'd left my charger at home. Even googled and printed off some bus routes and times for me to get to the zoo.
Great location, 5 minute walk to restaurants, cinema and bowling and a further 5 minutes to the mall. Buses right outside the hotel can get you pretty much anywhere. We got th 54 then 9 to the zoo. 54 all the way to Cabot Circus/Harbor and 54 then 74 to Parkway Rail station.
Food in the Thyme restaurant was very nice and

They provided a home from home experience in contrast to the impersonal feeling of a hotel. It meant that we could use the facilities when we wanted rather than stick to a hotel's timetable. Loved the apartment, it was a great size and had a lovely vibe. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom and shower were very good. Everything was well presented and clean for our arrival and we had all of the facilities we needed, including kitchen utensils. -

Excellent hotel - given the budget room price, wasn't expecting too much, but a very well-presented hotel. Room was large and comfortable, good bed. Staff helpful and professional, good bar and restaurant. Very convenient location for shopping in particular - across the road from the Cabot Circus shopping centre and the rest of Bristol's main shopping district. Cinema, restaurants etc all very close. Train station 10 minutes' walk.

La professionalità e il confort della camera e anche ben collegato. - The location, and that I reserved a river view room on line and actually received one! Excellent buffet at breakfast - never seen curried chickpeas and basmati on a breakfast menu before, very very nice indeed. The cook was standing near the buffet and we had an excellent chat about vegetarian foods. The hotel is an excellent hotel overall, and the room was spectacular. The staff were super professional and friendly, and I greatly enjoyed it. The bar and lounge area were a great place to meet colleagues or to just sit and read quietly.

have been more attentive and professional - little touches helped like
giving my son a kiddie's pack on arrival and a voucher for room
service milk and cookies. Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice and
again great service and staff were really knowledgeable about the area.
Pool and spa were immaculate and really nice, room was good size, well
furnished, everything worked. It was a super hotel.

It was very welcoming, Warm and inviting. Staff were friendly and answered my queries. There was also a bath. It is quite rare to have baths in hotels room now so this was lovely to have after such a long drive there. - spacious room and en suite, pleasant surroundings

Although we only stayed for one night and our actual time in the hotel was very brief, both my partner and myself were totally impressed with everything that we saw. The Spa was lovely and relaxing plus spotlessly clean and there's a clever little machine where you can dry your swimming costume, unfortunately it ate mine, but that's another story! Plenty of free parking too, which was a bonus. Definitely recommend!!

The hotel has a great location for those wanting to explore the city, especially good for the shops with Cabot Circus a 5 min walk away! Staff couldnt have done more to make our stay! Rooms were clean, beds were extremely comfortable and i really liked the bathroom. Rainfall shower and bath was brilliant. -
