it was just nice guest house , easy going and helpfull, as i fell down and hurt my leg they told me where hospital was and also where we could eat out and opinions about the places too - The owner was very welcoming, we booked in and he offered to help us inwith our luggage. The room was lovely and I can't fault the breakfast.We will certainly stay

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms was 10/10 very clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet and no loud disturbances. The breakfasts was really nice and there was lots of choice. We have stayed in Blackpool a few times and this was the best by far and we will return. -

Sue, the owner was very friendly, welcoming, chatty and gave time to each of her guests. She also provided us with details of a venue which was holding a fireworks display, as we arrived on 5 November 2013.
Our room was clean, had up to date decoration, and the towels were changed daily.
There was sufficient sockets for electrical items, and the tea and coffee items were replenished daily.
A good hearty breakfast was provided every morning.

WOW!!! Barry and Andrea are made for the hotel business. Before we even stepped foot inside The Hurstmere, Barry was there with a lovely warm welcome. Made welcome from the start- even helped to bring luggage in and taken stright to our room. Excellent hosts, whom even keep the teenagers entertined. Bar area excellent and pleanty full. Breakfast 5* and definitaly one for the big eaters. Would I return? Most defintaly. This lovely BnB out weighed any hotel we have ever stayed in, in Blackpool. The management and staff were really friendly and helpful. they offered information and really made our weekend break as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. They told us about the fireworks display and how to see the illuminations and directions to the shops. This was a big help when we were only there for a short time. Great stay. Nice room

The hotel was clean, friendly, great location. Was quiet as well which was good as it ment we could sleep off our hangovers.
The room was lovely, comfy beds, and the staff were great kept asking if we needed anything, bins emptied everyday when needed, coffee making facillitys filled up when needed.
