Rick and Kath are delightful hosts. We arrived after a nightmare journey - Rick was on the doorstep to welcome us, carried our bags from the car, recommended a fabulous local Indian restaurant and ordered the taxi to take us there! Unbelievably peaceful weekend break, especially given that we were but a few minutes' walk from Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Lovely, clean room and superb breakfasts.

The owners couldn't be more welcoming when we arrived, went out their way to help and accomodate us any way they could . Breakfast was usually served at 9 am but on the sunday they had our breakfast ready at 6.30 am as we had a competition to get to, many thanks as you and your hospitality made our trip to blackpool a great success .

At the last minute we were able to get a short break away so decided on Blackpool and the lights. The hotel is ideally situated to catch the tram into town or for a nice stroll. We could not wait until 9am for breakfast so were offered food to have in the room for breakfast - cereal and fresh fruit and a flask of milk.
The room was clean and tidy, hosts welcoming and answered any queries.
