The owners couldn't be more welcoming when we arrived, went out their way to help and accomodate us any way they could . Breakfast was usually served at 9 am but on the sunday they had our breakfast ready at 6.30 am as we had a competition to get to, many thanks as you and your hospitality made our trip to blackpool a great success .

I cant put into words how wonderful the stay was the proprioters went beyond the normal to help me and my friends without which my birthday wouldnt have gone to plan!!! Mr. and Mrs. Robinson were very gracious and hospitable hosts; very friendly, kind and sincere!
The B&B was very clean and felt safe. It was only a 5 minute walk into the city centre. I stayed in a small double room, which was cosy and warm. The bathroom was clean and had a heated towel rack - the shower had hot water whenever I needed it and decent water pressure.
Breakfast was made to order, and delicious!
Overall, great value for money and a wonderful experience because of Mr. and Mrs
