- Great distance from the sea front - central pier area, yet far enough back to be in a peaceful area far enough away from the young groups that come to Blackpool for the nightlife.
- Breakfast was great, cooked english with cereals and toast
- Will stop here again.

this B&B was comfortable and affordable and close to all the fun things to do in Blackpool.

The mattress was spring loaded, on a sping base, which for a double bed made it a little soft for my liking, plus me and the missus like our own space to sleep in! Personal issue thou,
- Decor was a little tired, however the part of the hotel we stayed in was due for renovation during the soon to be quiet period
- Room was a little small - ok for us as we were using it for a crash pad.
There was a funny smell in the B&B.
room was tiny , breakfast was small,not enough plug sockets for hairdryers etc.
