The staff John and Robbie were awesome. Robbie was waiting outside for us on a freezin evening and carried our bags to our room whilst John booked us in and made us feel welcome, wanted and comfortable. What a really lovely welcome. Our room (16) was really clean, warm and modern (flat screen tvs). The hospitality was wonderful and the bar lady was friendly and was always happy to help even with our toddler daughter being extremely inquisitive. Robbie cooked a tasty full english breakfast that.

It was my daughters birthday and they even put a banner up for her at breakfast. The rooms were clean and clean towels given every day. The lady in the kitchen was really nice to. A nice little bed and breakfast that is a few mins walk away from the front. Thanks again the kids really enjoyed themselves. Would like to say a big thank you to all at the Trafford Hotel, we were made to feel very welcome from the very first moment we arrived. It was our sons 6th Birthday while we were there and they made it a really special memory for him. The hotel was warm, clean and very comfortable. The owners were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family, and will definitely visit again. We really appreciated the helpful proprietor... I would recommend this hotel.. the heat when we walked in the door was so welcoming...and the friendly reception we received... also the breakfast was really good... rooms were very comfortable and warm with tea and coffee facility.... It also was very central to everything... We would stay there again.. we was welcome with open arms.check in was at 2pm we got there by 10.30 am and we was welcome to check as soon as we got the staff was fab with so much more great plans for this b&b we will deffo go back next year to see how its planned out this is a great b&b to go for right near tram line and five min walk to the tower family friendly. The owners made us feel extremely welcome, they went out of their way to find out opening times, costs, best deals etc. breakfast was good, nice robe able to park up and leave the car. Very close to main attractions. Children said that they would love to go back to Blackpool but only if they could stay at the Trafford. I thought the presentation of the room was excellent. The bathroom was spotless. The size of the room was adequate for our family. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Hotel carpark was well priced. Deffinetly will be staying again. The hotel was very clean , the hosts were welcoming & very helpful,we had a toddler & pram & they were always there to lend a helping hand,they also upgraded our room at no extra cost.We would highly recommend The Trafford Hotel. We stayed in a family room, kids had their own room adjoining ours, rooms were spotless and very comfortable. the bedroom as was the rest of the hotel extremely clean, the hosts went out of their way to advise and help you, and the staff were very friendly and courteous, will be going back next year. breakfast was great. One of the three rooms we had, had a mattress which was in need of replacing (springs close to surface) We hope the management will have addressed this, having brought it to their attention. The brand of draught beer on offer as it gives me a bad head and waterproof mattress protectors but hey in a family room I'd provide them too. Nothing. nothing. nothing only the weather. Nothing, everything was fantastic. The beds not being made but not really a problem as it was just a case of throwing a quilt over. Nothing. nothing. Not much space to hang clothes etc but was only there a few days so not really an issue for us!. Room was a bit small.
