  The kindness and help,support of ALL staff. Absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed at including all other " One & Only". we really liked it !!!   The staff was especially helpful. The restaurant is five star. The preparation and presentation of the food is equivalent to any five star restaurant in my home town of San Francisco. Location is within a short walk of the airport and rental car locations. We were traveling on a Safari and needed to leave by 6 AM. Overall, an excellent experi - I really liked all the environmental information to encourage guests to recycle and use less energy and water. Room is spacious and well-designed, including the double functioning bathroom/toilet door! Breakfast was a well-stocked buffet with freshly cooked eggs. Friendly staff.

  We loved the tranquility and the setting. It was a most relaxing time. Maryliese was fantastic she did all she could to help and make our stay comfortable. We loved her and thought she did so well under loads of pressure. She deserves a medal or a R2000 raise in pay.

  After a day on the road coming to the "Vineyard" is like paradise. We were upgraded to the garden suite at no further cost and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Literally 10 minute drive from Stellenbosch and 3 minutes away from Somerset West this is a good location for outings - or just to relax in the lovely garden and on the spacious pool. Theresa and Coete are utterly charming hosts: they gave me medicine and helped nurse me when I had sunstroke, gave my wife a blanket to keep her warm at the rugby and lent us their gps to get there. Beautiful accommodation, really comfy bed and option to dine on site. More like staying with friends than a B&B.

  We got a very good rate. The hotel is modern, luxurious enough and in a great location, 15 drive to Cape Town City, but with plenty to do right on the doorstep. We traveled with our 4 year old, and they made a comfy bed for her on the floor, but as the Executive suite was designed with a divide between the lounge/kitchen and the bed, we still had ... cosa dice la gente » our privacy, which worked out very well. The beds were super comfy and when we asked for flatter pillows they were replaced immediately. More Rooibos - It was my husband's 30th birthday and the hotel went out of their way to make it extra special for him. Special mention to Daphne and Mandla whom really went out of their way to make our stay extra special. I loved the room beyond everything and felt really cosy. I will definitely be back to stay at the hotel:). Thank you to your hotel and amazing staff.

  Colazione, SPA - This was an excellent hotel. It was situated just outside the Waterfront and although you could walk there, they had a courtesy bus that ran every half hour. It was also situated near to the cental area. We arrived early and they looked after our luggage until the room was ready. The swimming pool must have the best veiw in town being on the 19th floor! The rooms and service is very good. From the time we checked until we left we were impressed with the courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness and comfort of our room, and the food in the restaurant. The overall hotel premises are well maintained, and we would definitely recommend it. When Hilton take over in April 2013, we hope that they will continue to keep up the high standards of the present management.
