I really liked all the environmental information to encourage guests to recycle and use less energy and water. Room is spacious and well-designed, including the double functioning bathroom/toilet door! Breakfast was a well-stocked buffet with freshly cooked eggs. Friendly staff.

We loved the tranquility and the setting. It was a most relaxing time. Maryliese was fantastic she did all she could to help and make our stay comfortable. We loved her and thought she did so well under loads of pressure. She deserves a medal or a R2000 raise in pay.

Newly built hotel and very modern and clean. The hotel is actually apartments in a shopping mall which makes it safe (on top of a permanent person at the reception).
Staff is helpful and friendly helping you out with any query (restaurant reco and booking, day trips,etc).

Special mention to Daphne and Mandla whom really went out of their way to make our stay extra special. I loved the room beyond everything and felt really cosy. Everything. From the time we checked until we left we were impressed with the courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness and comfort of our room, and the food in the restaurant. The overall hotel premises are well maintained, and we would definitely recommend it.
When Hilton take over in April 2013, we hope that they will continue to keep up the high standards of the present management.

Our hosts arranged that a requested wheelchair would be available from the time of our arrival from the airport. This made a big difference in our whole family being able to tour the Capetown area. That was very much appreciated!
