  As disabled person i was concerned i would not be able to get around ,the facilities were excellent and very wheelchair friendly the staff and management was very helpful and pleasant to talk to.i thouroghly enjoyed my stay at the makaranga and would recommend it to all especially those that have disab... cosa dice la gente » lities - The whole place was amazing.   This is a very upmarket and charming B & B. Very close to the airport. The staff members were very friendly and professional.   For an overnight this was a good choice; our arrival was late afternoon into Durban and we were nervous about driving in the dark. It quickly falls dark around 18.00, apparently year round. Quiet,clean & comfortable with plenty of hot water & good helpful staff.   Stayed at the Beachcomber Bay Guesthouse for 2 weeks. We could not have been treated better, staff were fantastic, breakfast was superb, the setting and magnificent view you wake up to each morning is breathtaking. We came in on a late flight and they were there to greet us. Their guesthouse is very clean and secure. Off road parking is in a private driveway - We loved staying with Trevor and Sharon. They are very friendly social people. We went to watch the Ladies European Golf Tournament. Sharon gave us the directions to Southbroom which made it easy for us to travel.
