  June was the most friendliest hostess we ever have had! She had beach equipment (chairs, surf board, mask+snorkel, coolers) which we lent to Cape Vidal. On our early birding morning she prepared lunch boxes even for the guide. Breakfast was excellent and it occurred with few other guests around round table where we shared our travel stories. Car wash, tours etc were arranged smoothly as - The owner June went out of her way to ensure we experienced everything St lucia had to offer. She arranged tours, coolers and anything else needed to make our experience something to remember. A wonderful hostess, relaxed atmosphere and lovely breakfast too.

  Although its in the city, you don't get to hear to city noise and the views from the hotel are very nice - From arrival to departure, we were made to feel that we were guests and not just people to fill rooms. We would stay there again when next we visit Durban.

  Me, my hubby and 2 year old son had a fantastic stay @ the Coastlands on the ridge hotel. The hotel and rooms (big wow) are elegant and beautifully decorated (we had deluxe room) plus the view from the balcony looking out over durban is stunning. We were treated - Excellent young staff at all points.They seem to want to help rather than just provide service. The arrival & departure was warm.   Stayed here for 2 nights as a stopover for our honeymoon. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Accomodation was awesome, try get rooms 10 - 15 as they are the most private. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could've stayed longer. - The tents were nice.
