Manaar House is definitely one of the best places to stay in Durban/Umhlanga. We stayed there for three nights in the self Catering Apartment. The a/c duplex unit was extremely spacious, spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and well maintained. Not a single word of criticism worth mentioning here, except maybe that it is located pretty close to the

As a couple with young kids, it was an absolute dream staying at Manaar House as it was so kid friendly that our kids did not want to go out because of the toys provided in our section of the house! They had so much fun & were so comfortable and as parents, that mattered most to us. The views from the kids rooms were phenomenal & they absolutely loved it!

It's very classy for a B&B!!! the rooms are very tasteful, the service is amazing and Jo is just a darling!! She offered to get me a shuttle at the fraction of the price of a taxi and would also call for me a cab whenever i needed to move around. Then the breakfast....its a simple breakfast but they've done it in a very artistic way and it tastes yummy too!! Generally i looooved staying at the concierge...

The Staff is friendly and very professional! The service was excellent, the hotel is beautiful and peaceful. It has a nice relaxing atmosphere.... I would definately book at the hotel again as well as refer people to book there....

A big comfortable bed, friendly and very helpfull staff. Secure parking. Cleaning staff did an excelent job. Very business friendly when I needed to attend to some emails, they had the facality for me to do so at no extra cost. I felt home. Booking in and out was very quick with no hassels. Staff knows whats going on and stood ready the whole time

Hotel was modern. Swimming pool area is the best. Rooms are excellent and huge. The beds are out of this world. Easy access in and out Hotel. Underground Parking. Have stayed in 5 star Hotels in Durban area before and must say if sea view doesn't bother you this place is the best.
