Wendy is a faboulous host. She is born to be a landlady. From the welcome to the farewell she was always available for suggestions, ideas, destinations to vist and most of all present during breakfast. We really recommend this place to stay if you like a quite, modern environment on "the green". -

The rooms were large and comfortable. The bathrooms had great toiletries. The breakfasts had plenty of choice and were well cooked.

This is a very nice, tastefully-furnished, quiet Guest House on the far west side of Hermanus, 2 blocks from Grotto Beach. I can't imagine why anyone would stay in town, as there is no beach there, only rocks, and a lot of people. When I arrived, I walked to the beach in the late afternoon and was immediately hooked.

The location is very convenient just across from the walking path along the coastline into the town center of Hermanus. This is a gorgeous guest house. Our room was so confortable and large, it had the best bathroom I ever experienced in a hotel with 1 big bath and 2 fantastic showers! Ina, the owner was very friendly - like the rest of the staff - and made us feel at home. Breakfast was excellent, service beyond expectations. We loved it.

We stayed for only 1 night. Upon arrival, we were provided advice on the best way for whale sighting.
On that winter night, the owner also brought us hot water pack which really helped to keep us warm.
On the next day, my husband fell sick. The owners were very helpful. They gave us medicine and provided the direction to the nearest pharmacy. -
