The Windsor Hotel was the perfect location. It was close to all amenities and we could view the whales from our room. We had to leave early on Sunday morning and at 04h30 the night watchman let us out and gave us our packed breakfasts which were wonderful. We never expected service like that and I would really recommend this hotel to anyone wantin

We planned on staying one night at Baleens, but changed to 2 after
getting there. We loved the wonderful building and the African furniture

This is a fantastic place for anyone that would enjoy a breathtaking view ( I had a panoramic view over Grotto Beach from my room/balcony), a close access to the beach (the footpath starts just 25 meters from the place) cleanliness, excellent basic service and an overall lovely experience.
The staff and owner Paula went way beyond what was expected with providing information and transport to ensure that we had the best experience possible while staying there (in our case 5 days)- including

A very nice accomodation. The staff and the owners were always efficient and helpful. Not only nice restaurant and trip recommendations were given to us, but also the reservation and booking have been taken care of.
The rooms feature a calm yet stylish atmosphere of a modern African style.
