This is a truly beautiful and unique Ryad & Spa in the heart of my
favorite moroccan Medina. The atention given to even the smallest
detalis is outsanding, decoration is a work of art, the room and
bathroom super confortable and pristine. The spa area is gorgeous, I

I searched for a while for a suitable hotel, normally my husband and I book into a 5 star resort or luxury self catering when we have the children (2,6) with us. The rooms were uniquely furnished with colorful textiles, rugs and antiques. Treats were left for guests each day and rose petals scattered about on the bedclothes. The rooftop lounge area gave good views. Location quiet and convienient. Included breakfast was to die for. Real care was taken for our every comfort. Very clean and charming house cat.

Incredibly friendly staff! They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable/happy. The bed & pillows were super comfortable & the shower had piping hot water. Breakfast was incredible. Probably the best place we stayed in Morocco & wish they were all like this. Was extremely sad to leave, would stay there again in a second!

This little riad was great. Great location. Step out the front door and your in the lively medina and yet at night it was very peaceful except for the call the prayer which you would hear all over Tangiers.

What a wonderful find! This hotel is right in the Medina with a great
view from the rooftop patio. You're right in the heart of
everything, and the building is beautifully decorated. The owner, Sue,
really took the time to make us feel at home and comfortable. It's
like a boutique hotel- rooms are all small and different, but with lots
of charm. The breakfast especially was a treat- the service was great
and the food was so good! Also the dinner restaurant recommendations

Muhammed Ali is by far the friendliest and most helpful person we've met running a guesthouse. He gave us a free pick up and drop off, organized our bus tickets, surprised us with homemade yogurt on our first night, etc.etc.etc. He truly cares about great service and seems to be a genuinely good guy.
My tip for Muhammad would be to replace the pic

Casa del Rio and Chefchaouen was a peaceful respite in the midst of a
rather harried trip. The Moroccan government should hire the owner to
represent the country internationally - he was one of the most
thoughtful, considerate people I have ever met traveling, and was by
far the highlight of our Moroccan experience. The home is simple,
beautiful - the photos on the website don't do it justice. The pick
up from the bus station (even when the bus was 45 mins late), welcome
tea and delicious break

My friend and I had a great stay in this hotel. We had a lovely room and were so impressed with the staff. Mohammad was fantastic. He even gave us a walking tour around the city and took us out at night to Marina beach and a night club.

First of all Abdul's hospitality, the best kind. The location the most suitable, at the core of a genuine non-tourist medina. Abdul was also introducing us to the curious story of the beautiful Riad, a recovered, very well taste recovered residence of a Dutch Consul. Beautiful environment and very confortable rooms. I would advise the Riad's cuisine with quite enthusiasm!

I really liked Elias and his staff. Everybody was so nice and incredibly
helpful. Twice we got lost, first when we got there, and 2nd when we
went to explore the old medina and got all turned around, and Elias came

The owner,Elias is the nicest person we have met in Morroco. It was freezing at the night in chefchaouen, but he brought us 2 heaters.
He also helped us book bus tickets to Fez.
The rooms were clean and we'll decorated, enough space for 6 people.
Wifi connection was also fine.
And from the terrace, you can see the fine view of the town.

Great and absolutely beautiful family run geasthouse. The owner was
happy to relax with us and teach us about local customs and some arabic
language. Really can't beat the price and the location is phenomenal
(right in the center of the picturesque medina/kasbah). It may be
difficult to find hidden in the maze of alleyways but that is part of
the charm. The rooftop terrace was a perfect venue for an all night
gathering with friendly like-minded travelers - memories that I will
never forget.
