The service is impeccable. They greet you with respect and care from the moment you arrive and they take care of you every day. The restaurant has the same level of service and kindness. I felt home here very quickly thanks to the staff. I tried their cooking class today and now I know how authentic maroccan food tasts like when taking the time

The location in the medina with sea views is perfect. The terrace is gorgeous for sitting and reading. staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the madada room with the private terrace which was lovely for having breakfast on and the large bath was luxury .

Casa Lila is amazing! It felt like a real treat. They upgraded us to a
bigger room at no charge, and the Rose suite was phenomenal! I loved the
bright colors and the design of Casa Lila, and how it felt both

The reception staff was very helpful providing a map and locations with restaurant recommendations. The breakfast on the terrace was served by a calming and attentive member of staff and varied each morning. Our suite on the second floor was spacious and quiet. Located in the Medina this riad is close to everything. The terrace area was good for sunbathing and there were loungers on another floor too. Plenty of places to sit comfortably within the riad.

The staff was always willing to give us the little extras that make you feel special. The kitchen was delicious evening time and so the breakfast setting at the pool.

We found the staff very helpful, giving us advice on sights to see and organising taxis for us.
The breakfast on the roof terrace was a lovely, relaxing start to the day - with plenty to eat. -
Staff were friendly and very accommodating when we all slept in not knowing that the clocks went forward.

Our 7 days stay in The Chems Bleu was amazing. Room ,we had Dunette Double Room, was clean (they cleaned it every day + towels changing) and with beautiful view to the ocean. This place is a little gem, right in the heart of the medina in an ideal location. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We stayed in the room right on the top floor with the roof terrace. It is the smallest room in the riad but still plenty of space. The bathroom is small but adequate with a fantastic powerful shower with plenty of hot water. They provided us with a hot water bottle. Wish they had given us two. - It's location, easy access to the beach and port.The staff were friendly and helpful. It was good to be able to sit out on the terrace in the sunshine, although there was healthy competition for the sun beds!

Good hotel. Location very good; service very good and friendly. Special attention for our anniversary without asking. Try to have a rrom with an ocean view. It is worth the price. - I appreciated the welcome and service in the room. The private beach is well cared for and the pool is functional. Hotels on to expectations.
