  We found one of the reception-foyer staff so helpful. He carried our four cases to our 3 separate rooms; helped me park and exit my large car in the small hotel garage;advised us on shopping and places of interest;arranged a surprise taxi tour of Tangier and surrounding area, all without holding his hand out for payment. Tasty dinners. - Mustafa at front desk was incredibly helpful overall, especially re: my luggage which didn't arrive on my flight into Casblanca before we took train to Tangier. He helped suggest where to buy some clothes, helped with phone calls to the airlines and shared other tips to help. The location made our daily walks to the Medina and other highlights easy, and the room was very comfortable at a great price.

  All is very very nice and thank you so much Mr Khalel f&b manger he was very profisinal and so kind all the staff perfect - Check in staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Location was good. A great choice for a short stay.

  The hotel had soundproofed rooms, which are necessary in Tangier. Stayed in another hotel in the same area and there was a lot of noise, incredibly tiring. The beds in IBIS is good and the wifi worked well. What impressed me most was the breakfast. Simple with good quality. Very good job by the staff during breakfast.   The staff and the employees at the hotel show high levels of professionalism in dealing with clients. It looks looks like a family. The hotel is well located! Very interesting sites are nearby. I personally enjoyed my time there. - Just a good clean chain hotel.

Fabienne was so welcoming and a fantastic host and we also had the pleasure of meeting her mother.   The breakfast was delicious, the owner herself was brilliant and very helpful and friendly. The location is great for visiting the old medina and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The design of the house and the garden resembles the true and historical image of how Tangier was a huge crossing point between Europe and Africa. Highly recommended.
