Me,travelling all by myself as awoman,I felt so comfortable, warmly welcomed and spoilt by the whole staff !! Only 4 minutes walking to the Jemaa el-Fnaa square, in a very safe alley. The room (suite) is big and very clean. Good breakfast than you can have in the roof terrace. The couple that runs the rial are very nice and helpful. Make sure you let them know that you want your room cleaned daily, because without your approval they will not do it.
This is a brand new Riad, it openned in June 2013.

Veronique the owner is genuinely friendly, and will take care of you, nothing is too much trouble. She and Jean-Marc made us feel very welcome.
Veronique met us at the City wall when we arrived by taxi, and walked with us to the ryad. When we departed, she waited with us outside the City wall until the taxi arrived. This is super service.

Veronique and JeanMarc were wonderful hosts, and made our stay very comfortable. They were extremely helpful in helping us organize day trips and travel arrangements. The riad is beautiful and tranquil, with a great location central to the medina, yet removed enough to provide quiet. Fantastic breakfast!

This Riyad is in the center of the city, a bit difficult to find but once you do, you can find it after easily. Fabulous riad in the center of the medina with spatious rooms that are beatifully decorated. The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpfull. The rooftop terrace is a magnificent place to have breakfast. Very charming and authentic place to enjoy a relaxed stay in Marrakech. -

The family really takes care of their gests! Both so that you feel very welcome to their riad and to help you to plan/do nice things during your stay. When we need help to buy some jewellery, we were nicely followed to several serious shops and helped to get at good price. So very serviceminded! Thanks!
PS: Taxi t/f airport may differ much. We used the same driver both ways (40 DH from just outside airport/50 DH drop off at airport). This nice and trustfull driver: 0602458448.

Riad Aloes is perfectly situated in the Medina within easy reach all the markets and main sites. The Riad is quiet, beautiful and clean, a lovely place to relax in the hustle bustle of Marrakech. The breakfast of fresh fruits and croissants or pancakes was delicious. Our bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Olivier couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Marrakech.
