The room (suite) is big and very clean. Good breakfast than you can have in the roof terrace. The couple that runs the rial are very nice and helpful. Make sure you let them know that you want your room cleaned daily, because without your approval they will not do it. This is a brand new Riad, it openned in June 2013.

  We came to the riad through the hustle and bustle of the Medina, with the host Julien leading the way. As we entered Riad Bibtia, the tranquility and atmosphere of the building really struck us. The hospitality from all the staff throughout our six day stay was faultless. We enjoyed our breakfasts in the riad's atrium and ate splendidly - The family really takes care of their gests! Both so that you feel very welcome to their riad and to help you to plan/do nice things during your stay. When we need help to buy some jewellery, we were nicely followed to several serious shops and helped to get at good price. So very serviceminded! Thanks! PS: Taxi t/f airport may differ much. We used the same driver both ways (40 DH from just outside airport/50 DH drop off at airport). This nice and trustfull driver: 0602458448.

The Riad is quiet, beautiful and clean, a lovely place to relax in the hustle bustle of Marrakech. The breakfast of fresh fruits and croissants or pancakes was delicious. Our bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Olivier couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Marrakech.
