  On arriving at the airport we were greeted by a friendly taxi driver who agreed a price of 150 Dhirams to take us to Fez He called the hotel for us. We were met at "the blue gate" by Youness, a worker from the hotel who helped us with our bags. After that the hotel was always easy to find again. The room was spacious and comfortable.   Very nice, tipical and cosy riad in the middle of Fes' ancient medina. The staff is really helpfull, careful and attentive, they also let us use their pc for planning the rest of our trip. We really felt like in "Thousand and One Nights" - Our stay at la Bague was above and beyond our expectations! Took us to an authentic hammam, sought out a traditional meat dish we had heard about but they didnt normally have on the me - I liked the authentic decoration and beauty of Riad La Bague De Kenza court yard, very clean in very good condition, the open space large roof top with confirmable big sofas and tables for relaxation and socialization, where you can have full breath taking view of old town day and night. Hotel manager and staffs do business with ethics and genuineness.   The hotel has a beautiful interior, and is nicely decorated with all things moroccan. They email you directions on how to get to the hotel when you arrive at R'cif Square which were perfect, and made it much easier to find. I arrived in Fez at night, and I was harassed on the street by a guy who followed me the whole way and kept calling me names ... cosa dice la gente » and told me I was going the wrong way even though he didn't know where I was going. Thanks to the directions given by the hotel, I didn't have to pay - Great place to stay! The rooms are nice (a bit dim but it really gives you the feeling of being in a riad) and they have the best showers. Ben, the host, is also one of the coolest guys you'll ever meet. He arranged a free ride for us from the train station and helped us get a guide for the medina. It was really nice just hanging out him and the other people who are staying there in the common room with music in the background. Breakfast was also reaaaaaally good! You get a huge selection of pa
