  Gora is a beautiful place to stay while in Hakone and the Merveille is a nice hotel. The staff are warm, friendly and speaks English or tries their very best to assist you. The indoor onsen is great and has all you need to enjoy and relax in the hot pool. The breakfast was sumptuous and the amenities in the room was amazing.   Staff fantastico, camera enorme in stile giapponese, onsen, fermata bus per Tokyo di fronte all'hotel - I will remember this place as the one of the best I stayed in Japan. Staff was awesome and very helpful, room was big and we had a great view on the Hakone mountains. There is also onsen that is open 24/7. Helps people to relax, breathe in the the freshest air ever and I could clearly over there. :) Love this place and would like to come back soon!   Very nice Onsen. Large rooms. Great view of the forest, so nicely located, and just next to a bus stop so easy to get around during day time (with Hakone 2 day Pass), not far from Hakone Open Air Museum (worth a visit). - Onsen
