  Gora is a beautiful place to stay while in Hakone and the Merveille is a nice hotel. The staff are warm, friendly and speaks English or tries their very best to assist you. The indoor onsen is great and has all you need to enjoy and relax in the hot pool. The breakfast was sumptuous and the amenities in the room was amazing.   I will remember this place as the one of the best I stayed in Japan. Staff was awesome and very helpful, room was big and we had a great view on the Hakone mountains. There is also onsen that is open 24/7.
