The entire fac - This is a wonderful B&B on the main walk from the train station. The sister's who own the property are very friendly and helpful. Although you are on a main street the windows are totally sound proof so unless you open them the room is really silent. It is easy to find if you take the Vaporetta to S. Marcuola (the Casino stop) You just walk through to the main street then left and watch for the numbers. There is a small brass plate with the name. Depending on your room the wireless might be

The staff were extremely polite and helpful with instructions on how to get around the city, and looked after our baggage when we went for a walk about the city after we had checked out.   Apartment was nice and big with a terrace. Kitchen was also suitably equipped with stove, fridge and oven (no micro wave). Close to Arsenale boat stop. Very quiet neighborhood, almost no tourists. - Location is excellent. The apartment is close to the Rialto bridge. The bed is comfortable.

  Loved staying here - would go back again in a heartbeat. Andrea, the owner goes the extra mile. The reviews are true about this man - just lovely. A real authentic experience. Great location - far enough from the crowds, but walkable to everywhere. We loved Venice and staying here was a large part of the reason we loved it so much. We have now been tr - The location is great, next to 2 vaporetto stops, Ca'dÓro and F.te Nove (you can get to the airport easily from the latter), and yet it is not in a crowded, touristy location. The place is very unusual - in the 2 days we were there, we saw an exhibition of photographs / textiles in the entrance (as part of the Venice Biennale), and we also witnessed a dance (tango!) in the main hall.
