  The hotel is positioned in a quiet side street and was a tad more expensive than we usually pay for our city breaks but we thought it was good value in relation to the other hotels in the area. But it was well furnished and we had the canal view, which was lovely. But the bed was extra- large and very comfy. The front of house were very helpful with regards to restaurant recommendations - Very central boutique hotel within 5 mins of St Marks......loved the gondolas passing the door of the hotel & some had singers/guitar players ....the singing was brilliant !!! The staff were all friendly & very helpful. The room we had was a junior suite & for 3 women sharing was a bit on the small side but we managed. I would recommend that the hotel get rid of the excercise bike & replace it with a chest of drawers or another wardrobe !!!! Breakfast was really good & plent

  Really enjoyed our stay here. Just realize that European hotels are different from us cookie-cutter hotels. Tucked away from noisy tourist crowds. Charming small pensione with fantastic views. Felt like a local. Canal views from each room, favorite part of the day was opening a bottle of proscecco and sitting in the window sill watching seranading... cosa dice la gente » gondolas go by. Hot croissants, meats, cheeses, cappucinos for breakfast complete with another canal view. Simona was great. Credit cards not a probl - Great location. Air-conditioned room. Friendly owner and staff.

We will be back!! - Everything! the room was amazing! it was a superior room we booked but when we got there it was a 2 story suite and that is what their superior rooms are! gorgeous and luxurious! breakfast was great and staff were so helpful. The location was great, close to San Marco Square. We truly loved this hotel :)
