  We stayed at casa sain't andrea a day before our cruise. Location is perfect, only few minutes walk from P. roma to our hotel and like walking around a building where we catch our shuttle, people's mover to our cruise ship. Vaporetto or water taxi is just outside the hotel. A grocery is close by where we bought our bottled water and food supply. We chose to walk via academia to rialto and P. mar - Coming from the airport by bus around 9pm, this hotel was close to the drop off point which was useful with roller suitcases. We were greeted by a friendly man who made us welcome and up-graded our room to one that overlooked the canal. It was great waking up to the canal boats going about their business, after we had enjoyed a comfortable nights sleep. Although simply furnished the room was clean and quaintly old-world with exposed beam look. The breakfast was great and plenty of it! The staff

  E' stato tutto perfetto!!! Il personale é stato sempre disponibile, le camere erano sempre pulite ed in ordine (ad ogni nostra uscita), il riscaldamento della camera era regolabile, la colazione é stata principesca, la posizione dell'albergo è ideale (2 minuti da piazza S. Marco). A Venezia, in questo albergo, ho pensato di essere fiera di essere i... cosa dice la gente » taliana... e non mi capita spesso di pensarlo. - la stanza molto grande, pulita, arredata con gusto e confortevole...praticamente un sogno

  The Staff where lovley and the cleaner kept the room looking lovely. it was in a perfect centre location , everything was close by on foot rialto 5min walk , San Marco a ten to 15 min walk. The Room was large and spacious with tea and coffee making facilites a sink and fridge as well as large wardrobe and a comfy bed and power shower. 100 % recomm... cosa dice la gente » end - Excellent location. Very close to the Grand canal and within easy walking distance of all the sites. Excellent facilities within a small space, very large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, full size cooker. Beautiful main bedroom finished with net drapes making the bed look like a four poster!! Plently of storage in both bedrooms. Very clean and welcoming.
