Pretty much everything. Our welcome was warm and everything we had imagined from the online reviews we had read. Free underground parking, incredible views, air conditioning was more than adequate during a very hot period in July, breakfast was plentiful with a beautiful outside view of Lake Como. Friendly welcome, style and cleanliness of the accommodation,
helpfulness of the family running the hotel, wonderful attentive
service and willingness to assist such as booking taxis, printing
flight boarding cards - nothing too much trouble. Fantastic situation
on side of lake. Really relaxing environment, wonderful views and
simple but nice breakfast on the terrace and similarly simple but
appetising lunch menu.

La gentilezza dei proprietari - We loved this hotel very much,the staff were fantastic, very friendly and work very hard !! A great location a very nice room, the food is excellent with a great selection of wine( you dont need to go anywhere else!!). Couple/small dog Freiburg - Everything, the staff, room, breakfast, and the restaurant was first class, we had a meal on our wedding anniversary at the restaurant over looking the lake, it was perfect. we wish we had eaten in the hotel restaurant more than we did as we went to a "touristy" restaurant that was expensive and the food was awful.
