Excellent location overlooking the sea with a garden stretching down to the water's edge. Very light beautifully presented room with lots of extra touches which makes you feel welcome. Villa Mosca is a beautiful hotel with very comfortable and clean rooms. We stayed in the Comfort room in the attic as this was the only room available and it was perfect for us. The decor is simplistic and luxurious and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The best point is it is in a great location right by the sea and walking distance to the town and restaurants and bars.

The location, just inside the city walls and with a look to the harbour from the breakfest terrace is exellent. There is no nolise from the piazza below and the aircon is effective and quiet.
Even the 5 to 10 minutes walk along the harbour to the parking lot is enjoyable.
The host and his staff is very helpfull giving a first class treatment. -

This is a small family run B&B. They really are inviting you into their home and city. Maria Grazia is there for breakfast and is eager to help with any recommendations for your stay, and she speaks perfect English. The rooms are clean and well kept. Nice large balcony. The breakfast was very filling. They kept our bags for the day as we had a night flight, and were even kind enough to let us shower after we returned from the beach. Overall great stay.

This b&b is absolutely lovely. The owner (son) wasn't there unfortunately but we had the pleasure to meet the parents who were really nice and helpful.

Manuele, the host. He's an amazing guy, so so helpful and welcoming. The location is ridiculously central and yet it is a really quiet place to stay. The breakfast is delicious and he plays a few CDs in the morning in the background, just to make you feel a little more at home. Top place to stay.

We stayed for only 2 nights but I would choose this place again. In spite of proximity to the beach and old city center you dont feel like living on Khao San. You are staying in Italy among Italians but still close to POI. Room is quite big, clean and street not noisy. Even though they don't have 24 hour service no problem with late and delayed arrival like ours at 2 am. WiFi working well.
