Vittorio and Chen the owners were fant - Marvelous location in the heart of Cagliari, near the main street (Via Roma) in charming Marina district. The bus stop to poetto beach is in a few steps from hotel, plenty of restaurants around (L'oca bianca with it's incredible pizza :) Very friendly and kind owners - Vittorio and Chen.

Although they are still finishing some work in the B&B and expanding to have more rooms, it did not affect our staying there. They had been in contact with the transfer company we used and met us at our drop off point to help us with all our bags. The B&B was very clean. I will Defiantly be going back.

For breakfast you have to collect it from the kitchen and take it to your room where you can eat it on the balcony, which, of course, we did. The rooms have plant names and are very comfy. Every room has a balcony where you can have breakfast. Rudi had the idea to involve all guests in the concept of crudo rooms. You have to give water to the plant on the balcony, there is a book shelve where you can leave and take books and a glas where you can leave shells. We were the only people by the hot tub in the grounds most of the time so felt like a private garden (but with to-the-sun-lounger bar service) lovely staff, very close to the great restaurants in the old town - 5 mins walk along the pretty sea front. There is parking as well that isn't made obvious when booking. - Villa Mosca is a beautiful hotel with very comfortable and clean rooms. We stayed in the Comfort room in the attic as this was the only room available and it was perfect for us. The decor is simplistic and luxurious and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The best point is it is in a great location right by the sea and walking distance to the town and restaurants and bars.
