B&B is located on the outskirts of La Maddalena beach-side village, so one should consider having a car to move around. The hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly, they answered all the questions we had and helped a lot. Gentarrubia itself is a very nice, clean bed & breakfast in Capoterra. The breakfast was really good as well. Overall a very nice experience, we would return with a car for sure.

The owner was extremely friendly and very keen to help out. She gave us loads of information on how to get into town and to the beach, which buses etc. We were heading to a wedding on the day of arrival and she did her best to ensure the room was ready for us asap. Room was clean and comfortable with all required facilities. -

Sia a me che a mia moglie è piaciuto praticamente tutto! L'accoglienza, l'ospitalità, la cortesia, la bellezza delle stanze e del giardino, la disponibilità dei gestori nel fornirci consigli adatti ad ogni nostra esigenza (spiagge, siti archeologici, site minerari, musei, locali dove abbiamo mangiato davvero bene). Our host Antonello could not have been kinder or more thoughtful. He gave us a conducted tour of the city by car and regularly produced intineraries for our trips out. The breakfast was excellent. The bedroom was comfortable and drinks were availablle from a fridge in the room at very reasonable prices.
The house contained fascinating memorabilia and we had use of the courtyard when we wanted it.

Well equipped and furnished spotlessly clean room in a secure and secluded environment just on the outskirts of Alghero. As well as a full size fridge in the room there was also a patio table and chairs to sit out in the beautiful surroundings of the working olive grove in which the accomodation is sited. The hotel has obviously taken notice of previous complaints about it not being clearly signed as there is now a large sign at the entrance which is well lit at night.
