The staff at the Marincanto were just too amazing... Right from check-in .. To the lady who got the luggage to the room.. To the pool attendant Gianni ... To the front desk staff at check out...all super super hospitable..!! They went out of their way to make me feel at home..!!!
The location is perfect & just a short walk from the beach & shopping & restaurants ...
In short.... Total value for money...& I'm definitely staying at the Marincanto next time I'm in Positano..!

The hotel is situated in the middle of the village, 5 min walk from the beach, in an oasis of trees, flowers and a small vegetable garden which supplies the Michelin star restaurant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great. The views are magical. We felt at home at this hotel. The balcony off the room was perhaps the best room feature we have experienced and the robes and slippers were a nice touch.

We had an absolutely perfect stay! The room had an amazing view over the ocean! The breakfast was good, and the room was big and clean. Perfect location with restaurants nearby, and just the stairs down to the beach. The staff was friendly, especially Rosita who was very helpful and nice. :-) Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The view from our room (we had one balcony and a terrace) was AMAZING! The location of the hotel was perfect for Positano. We were very glad that we were not staying at any hotel on the upper side of the town since transportation within Positano can be challenging. A bit pricey but definitely worth the money. Perfect for honeymoon couples.

each morning. It was filling and more carbs than we typically have for
breakfast, but this is Italy. The hotel is only a 2 minute walk to the
bus stop, but like most places, several steps down to the beach or a
long leisurely walk down the narrow road. The staff was a very friendly
and helpful family.
