Great hotel. Room we stayed in was huge, spotless and very clean. The
bathroom was huge and spotless. The breakfast buffet was fantastic,
with an excellent variety of fuits and other staples. The staff were
helpful and very friendly. If you decide to stay here, there is a

Rooms were well appointed and everything worked. Good firm superking sized bed in a standard room. A lot of the original stone had been built into the deisgn and was well done.Very quite. We had a back room 415 and with the shutters closed it was silent. In summer if you wanted to open the shutters there is an aircon machine nearby which is noisy.

The hotel is great, extremely comfortable, situated in a very central location and the staff is great. It was very nice for Massimo to come and greet us on our first day! Also, the breakfast was nice! We especially liked the colored shower water, nice touch!

We used the shuttle service to get from the airport to the Residenza which suited us well. The place was very clean and modern. The bathroom for the room is not actually connected to the room but across the hall. This isn't a big deal as there are only about 4 rooms in the hall. The minibar is cheap and well stocked. There is a supermarket just around the corner as well as some nice restaurants and an information centre. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with good English. They gave

important building. We stayed 4 nights and the staff were very helpful,
and were particularly obliging when we wanted to change our room
(personal reasons) - they really wanted to ensure that we were happy.
Breakfasts were excellent. Location is also excellent with ease of

La posizione, la struttura, la cortesia dei proprietari. La colazione è stata ottima e una grande disponibilità per il deposito bagagli. Quando sarà pronto il ristorante credo che anche il soggiorno serale sarà molto interessante. Forse manca una zona di relax comune, magari in affaccio al giardino, intrigante, che si trova nella parte posteriore.

thorough Italy staying at hotels before coming here. We are so pleased
to go shopping and get fresh vegetables, fruits, cheese, and variety of
fresh seafood, etc form the market just behind the building. The room
was spacious and clean with well equipped kitchen that I cooked fresh
groceries. Also it located a good location which is most of the
attractions are walking distance. If you want to experience living
little like Italian
