Rooms were well appointed and everything worked. Good firm superking sized bed in a standard room. A lot of the original stone had been built into the deisgn and was well done.Very quite. We had a back room 415 and with the shutters closed it was silent. In summer if you wanted to open the shutters there is an aircon machine nearby which is noisy.

We used the shuttle service to get from the airport to the Residenza which suited us well. The place was very clean and modern. The bathroom for the room is not actually connected to the room but across the hall. This isn't a big deal as there are only about 4 rooms in the hall. The minibar is cheap and well stocked. We loved this apt very much. We have been traveling about 10 days
thorough Italy staying at hotels before coming here. We are so pleased
to go shopping and get fresh vegetables, fruits, cheese, and variety of
fresh seafood, etc form the market just behind the building. The room
was spacious and clean with well equipped kitchen that I cooked fresh
groceries. Also it located a good location which is most of the
attractions are walking distance. If you want to experience living
little like Italian
