  Excellent stay. The owner, Silvia was friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. I had made a mistake regarding my dates and Silvia was able to fix things for me and was most understanding regarding my error in dates. Opposite the hotel has a supermarket Punto and a cafe that does italy snack and coffee, and its at good price. I will come back again !

  A family of four with kids 4 and 7 yo, we were looking for a long weekend in Rome. Rome hotel prices are generally quite high but this one was quite reasonable. We had a suite with a queen and two bunk beds, along with a kitchenette. It was very clean and came with a basic 'continental' breakfast. The street was quiet and even though I had read that you could hear others in the next room, guess we were tired enough from our sightseeing, we didn't hear anything. I wasn't so sure about the twin cots but I slept on one and no problem with my bad back. It is just a 5 mi - Very friendly staff, clean bedroom and bath, AC and shower works well. I thought the room is pretty sound proof, as we did not hear any noise during our 3 nights. Bed is firm but we liked it. The hotel is on a quite street and feels safe. It's actually next to an adult cinema but very quite and did not bother us. Walking distance to Termini station, there is also a bus station(#90) near by, we used it from train station but we did not find out how to ride it the other way around. Overall, a goo

The B&B is very close to the Termini Station, hence to all the main transportation means (metro, buses connecting various points of the city). A big plus for the free WiFi, which was hard to find in other accommodations in Rome. - Everything was wonderful!
