Excellent stay. The owner, Silvia was friendly and went out of her
way to be helpful. I had made a mistake regarding my dates and Silvia
was able to fix things for me and was most understanding regarding my
error in dates. We hope to go back to Rome again and will definitely

This place is just wonderful to stay at, its so relaxing and pretty but
feeling being home at the same time. The staff are so nice and friendly,
and make an effort to help! The B&B is close to everything and can
take the metro to everywhere easily. Opposite the hotel has a
supermarket Punto and a cafe that does italy snack and coffee, and its
at good price. I will come back again !

The staff (all) were very welcoming,and went that one extra step, my husband and I stayed for 4 nights and had the room near the entrance yes you could hear everyone coming in, but a small thing. Very friendly staff, clean bedroom and bath, AC and shower works well. I thought the room is pretty sound proof, as we did not hear any noise during our 3 nights. Bed is firm but we liked it. The hotel is on a quite street and feels safe. It's actually next to an adult cinema but very quite and did not bother us. Walking distance to Termini station, there is also a bus station(#90) near by, we used it from train station but we did not find out how to ride it the other way around. Overall, a goo

Everything was wonderful! The best location, 5-10 minutes from Termini train station and metro, everything is within a walking distance, many cafes, restaurants,mini markets and shops around.
