The location of this hotel is exceptional! It was a two minute walk to St. Mark's square (once we got oriented) which allowed us to visi - Great location-close to everything. Staff was very helpful and informative. Kept very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great on the patio. Do have to climb a lot of stairs (no elevator) but very nice place. - Location was perfect. Nice to be able to put all 5 of us in one room. Staff were very easy to work with and accomodated some special requests and made good recommendations for dinner, sight-seeing, etc..

There is no staff to speak of but the one man who signed us in was very efficient.   The hotel is very lovely and comfortable. I went in summer and Venezia was very very warm. They provided fan in the room but the room is already in good temperature without the fan. Although the hotel didn't provide breakfast, they provided kettle, tea/coffee/snacks and fridge in the room. The staffs were friendly too.
