  Location - so close to the tower and bars and restaurants. The gentleman on duty was great - under pressure as everyone checking in at once but very helpful and accommodating. Fans in the rooms great - made for great nights sleep. We knew there was no restaurant and wanted to eat out so that was not a problem for us. It was possible to check in even at night (until midnight), not even a minute from Pisa tower! The hotel is in a small street with no trafic and noise!
