Fans in the rooms great - made for great nights sleep. We knew there was no restaurant and wanted to eat out so that was not a problem for us.   We had a lovely stay the staff were very friendly. The location was perfect with a great view of the Leaning Tower of Pisa from our room. We took our 3 year old child who had her own room and loved sleeping in the bunk bed.   My wife and I had a great time in this B&B. Location is great : you walk 20m and around the corner is this big fellow. The leaning tower of Pisa. Rooms and service are very good. The restaurant Il Toscano is "star-quality". Try the carpacio and the tagliata (with rosemary and salt). It's delicious.   Cheep, clean, air conditioned, friendly and helpful staff, views of the leaning tower from our room although you did have to look to the right. room 66. 25 meters from the gates to the grounds of the tower. Easy early check in although we did not book. Coffees - Simply an unbeatable location- our room had a balcony and an amazing view of the famed leaning tower which is truly breathtaking. The hotel staff were helpful and answered all our questions, not forthcoming with information- but very polite! Room was basic but clean- good value for money no complaints at all! - say you want a smoking room if you want a balcony! Overall we were very happy so big thank you!
