  The ladies are lovely and most welcoming. It is a beautifully maintained facility. The room is artistically decorated and looks lavish. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is also spacious and very well done up. Even though we had to leave very early, the owners made breakfast including fresh juice.   The hotel is at a very convenient location. It takes only about 5 minutes walk from the central train station, and is just 3 minutes away from the Central market (food market), and within walkable distance from the gallary where the real "David Statue" locate. The staff is helpful to carry our luggages upstairs. The room is clean, and comfortable, and the shower - Sette Angeli Rooms was the perfect choice for our 3 days trip in Florence. Excelent position (near S.M.N. Train Station and very close to the Duomo), very easy to find, rooms with an interesting design, spacious, private bathroom, terrace, very confortable bed, daily cleaning, good price and so on. We arrived later then the check-in schedule but there were no extra taxes. Florence is a great city and this place is in the same style of romance and relaxation.

  The owner was very helpful answering all my questions before we arrived and while we were there. We really appreciated him storing some luggage while we went to Venice for a few days. The location is great by the train station and still a convenient walk to the Duomo. The bed was firm, which I like, and room very clean. It had a working elevator and wifi. - Me, my two sons, 20 and 16, and a couple, friend of ours, with their daughter, greatly enjoyed our stay at the Florence Room B&B. 3 minute walk from train station but very calm and quiet. Very kind and helpful staff, specialy Boris who made us feel very welcome! We had clean and comfortable rooms with easy internet access. Very good value for the money and we surely would stay there once again.

  The owner Carlo is amazing. He had a wealth of information about Florence and the surrounding areas. He was also very nice, and helpful. We were told about all the hotspots as well as recommended restaurants in the vicinity of those sights. The B&B is also very clean, and quiet. It is also very close to the metro Firenze smn. The value for the price is ideal. - The hotel has recently been taken over and the owners are both friendly and ambitious to make improvements where possible. The room is large and after spending a day in bed sick, I can tell you how comfortable the bed is! Breakfast was small and simple but I do believe this is one of the changes to be made. We were within 10 minutes walk of the Duomo and downstairs is a fab coffee shop and one of the best kebab shops I've ever eaten at!
