  One of the best hostels I've stayed at. Check in was simple, and the people were very kind. It's a huge hostel/hotel so it doesn't have the general "hostel atmosphere" in main areas, but I stayed in a female dorm with 5 other girls, and made instant friends! From a delicious included breakfast, to laundry facilities, free filtered water machine, and hot water for making tea etc - The staff we're nice and obliging. 24 hour reception and no curfew. The rooms were great and kept quite tidy. Bathrooms were kept very clean which was nice. Free wi-fi was awesome. If you want to spend your last day exploring- you can leave your bags at the hotel and pick them up later so you don't have to take them around with you all day. Il Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and the Pantheon. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us an extra room when they had a vacancy next to ours for no extra charge. They provided the BEST breakfast buffet!

  Travelling with a friend and they gave us a spacious room with a double bed and a single bed. The room was fully air-conditioned and very clean. The hotel itself is secure and only a short walk from the main train station (but unlike a lot of other cities the area around the train station is actually quite nice). No complaints! - It had been newly refurbished so everything was clean and felt like a hotel of a higher rating. It was perfect for my friend and I who are students, we stayed for two nights, we were primarily concerned with budget when booking and were pleasantly surprised with how lovely it was. The breakfast was also far above our expectations. This is a great place to stay if you are on a budget. It was perfect for our needs.
