  came here 3rd time, quick check in-out, great bf and gym, rooms not new but absolutely comfortable, fully equipped mini market, we feel like coming home - Kindness of staff, and efficiency. Taking initiative to make my staying as pleasant as possible. The whole place is kept in pretty decent condition.

  The location to the renowed,factory outlets is excellent, just less than 3 walking minutes . The hotel room which I booked is very cosy for all of us, and the complimentary water dispenser is an excellent service as we drankmlotsmof water everyday. I like the family style comfort, not a crowded hotel with busy lobby. This place is idea - The service was very good. Deco is very pleasing and interesting. In the junior suite where my family and I were staying, there is a fridge, microwave oven, hot/cold water dispenser and plates and cutleries. The room is more than adequate for the 6 of us: 2 seniors on the queen bed at the lower level and the 4 of us on 2 king-sized mattresses up on the loft. For those who are concerned about the stairs up to the left, it is a comfortable climb - not too steep.

Easy walking distance to many quality surf breaks. The locals are really friendly and willing to help out the surf culture types as well as a young travelling couple.   It is very clean and modern. Has pretty much all you need, within the limits of decency. The location can be a shock, especially if it is your first time in Jakarta/Indonesia. Better take a taxi from airport and avoid any walking in that area. As a European tourist, I'd skip the breakfast at Rumah Shinta anytime :)). Had a very small but VERY CHEAP and CLEAN room with AIR CONDITIONING, FLATSCREEN TV, CLEAN WESTERN TOILET and HOT SHOWER. What else do you need as single traveller?! Moreover the staff was VERY NICE and FRIENDLY. For the price of 135.000 Rupiah per night this is a real bargain. VERY RECOMMEND. Will come back for sure. RUMAH SHINTA RAWKS!!! :-)
