The staff were extremely helpful,friendly and ever willing to assist us
in every manner. We forgot to bring and adapter and they were more than
helpful to oblige and loan us theirs
The room was clean comfortable and well equipped.
Tons of restaurants, quaint cafés ,spas, grocery store and ATM nearby
Less crowded as compared to Kuta and Seminya

The room was very well decorated and had enough space.
The swimming pool was great and you can swim until 9pm.
Well located on the main road with a big store next door where you can buy everything including all souvenir's with a fair price.
Breakfast was good with many options.
We would stay in this hotel again.

Great staff! Very helpful and friendly,(it's possible to rent a bike at the reception for a very good price) delicious breakfast with fresh fruits and juices,big and clean private swimming pool(bigger than we thought), nice territory,the villa large and very comfortable with nice Balinese interiors. We decided to stay more nights there than we've booked - it is amazing place with great atmosphere! Thank you all for the great service!

My friend and I had never been to Bali and wanted to stay at a quiet, hassle free location. The Parigata resort and spa was exactly that. It was very clean inside the room and around the grounds. Staff were friendly and always happy. We could exchange money at the resort and it actually had better rates than most places. The beach was very close.

I liked almost everything about this hotel. The room was huge and there was a seperate bit at the front with our own spa! The king sized bed was very soft an comfortable which was heaven sent as I am 6 months pregnant. The restaurant is lovely with a great breakfast selection to suit everyone and the staff are very friendly an helpful. Your room gets immaculately cleaned every day and they even do a turn down service in the evening.

Puri Kelapa will be my hotel,of choice in Sanur from now on. Nothing is too much trouble, and the staff are warm, friendly and extremely generous people. The cottages are older style, but extremely comfortable, and the mature gardens are beautiful. There is a decent pool with a shallow end for children, and a small massage area attached to the pool. Come here if you want to experience Balinese hospitality and culture in a relaxed, unpretentious and safe environment. Beautiful!

I liked everything about my stay in Segara Village Hotel. The grounds are fantastic with choice of beach or 3 different pools. The food was lovely and all the staff were extremely friendly and polite. fantastic location right on the main road of Sanur and central. Staff were friendly and accomodating. spacious, clean balinese style room. excellent pool and gardens. Large staff maintain this 15 yr old lady very well. oh and clean toilets and the cleanest kitchen in Sanur.
Will return and recommend, best value for money that we have found so far in Sanur.

All of the staff were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful - they were absolutely great. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The free Wifi Internet worked well, the daily maid service (including washing our clothes) was fantastic (such a lovely lady), our pool cleaned and checked daily and the garden was maintained nicely. The Emerald Villas are in a quieter part of Sanur but only a few minutes walk away from the beach and the busier parts of Sanur with plenty of shops
