We were not pleased at all with the way they did their accounting. We paid a deposit for extra hours to stay the next day. Then after lunch with we askedto put on the account rhey chased us twice for money while asleep at the door also by phone. Hotel it's in a strategic position. Has a very good spa, swimming
pool and sauna! It's not necessary to go in the City, if you plan to
stay one day. Jakarta is crowded every day, a lot of traffic!! Rush hour
may be 3 hour to go city.

The Sheraton is a visually beautiful hotel - if you don't look
close. The design, layout, gardens and views are all perfect. My room
had a view of the gardens, pools and Mt. Merapi. The staff went out of
the way to make sure I was having a good time. The rooms are large and
airy but very worn down. Things didn't work from arrival to my
departure.

As a 5-star hotel, the price is very attractive. Although its a little
far from other major office buildings, but it is easy to get a taxi.
Staff are helpful and kind. Good city view, good breakfast selection,
good swimming pool, internet access speed is just fine but acceptable.

I was upgraded to a deluxe room, which was located on a high floor. The room was a bit small though, but quite comfortable. We enjoy the room ambience. Room service food was really nice and delicious. Housekeeping was very great and keep our room clean and tidy.Breakfast serve variety for our 3 days stay. Free Shuttle transfer to Mangga Dua area is useful. As we need it every day. Free Internet service at the lobby was very good and I can update my family and friends easily.
just tips :- for airport transfer you may use White Horse Taxi..very convenience and its not expensive
