As a 5-star hotel, the price is very attractive. Although its a little
far from other major office buildings, but it is easy to get a taxi.
Staff are helpful and kind. Good city view, good breakfast selection,
good swimming pool, internet access speed is just fine but acceptable.

The hotel was perfect for the first 2 nights in Indonesia. We were able
to really relax in a great big classy room that overlooked jakarta with
windows down to the floor. A big bathroom with 2 sinks. The beds were
big with good matrasses. Clean also. There is a nice small swimmingpool

I like the Head of F&B character Mr Jimmy S solved the problem when I have a small matter with his staff. He said sorry to us and explained why it happened. I accepted his explanation because this is a human being. The Management of Mercure JKT Simatupang must give him appreciation. -
