  A hotel in a nice location, opposite Ioannina across Lake Pamvotis, so we had great views of the lake and the city. Courteous staff. We were also positively impressed by the excellent buffet breakfast. Besides, someone from the staff was pacient enough to teach anyone interested to prepare coffee on sand. Great way to start you - Nice, friendly, rather new, perectly clean hotel. Excellent taverna in 500 meter distance.

  The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. They showed us around, gave directions and helpful information. The facilities were spotless.   Location, especially because we were given a lake view room. Clean, nicely decorated and quite luxurious. Spacious room and bathroom.
