  The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. They showed us around, gave directions and helpful information. The facilities were spotless. We were also positively impressed by the excellent buffet breakfast.   We stayed at the Grand Serai while my wife recieved treatment in Ioanina university hospital. The staff were very happy to help with local information, directions and comunications, for example sending and recieving faxes when we found we needed additional insurance documents for the hospital. The stuff is great and the hotel managers are really helpful, Johanna and her husband helped us book activities in the area with a lot of nice recommendations for traveling. The pool is clean and big and the children really likes - We hosted at the hotel Princess Lanassa with childrens, we enjoy in the clean swimming pool.
