We stayed a couple with two children (9+12) for 3 nights in a luxury equipped, pleasant and charming, high-level wherever we stayed during our trip in Greece.
Location: very comfortable for trips and attractions in the region, while a short drive (less than an hour) almost everywhere in the Zagoria region: Konitsa, Papingo, Monodendriy.

Artsistas is an ideal destination for traveller in Greece.
Its people work diligently and discreetly to offer impeccable services, including a rich breakfast with fresh products.
Its rooms are spacious and cozy, of excellent design and decor.
Most importantly, it is located in one of the most beautiful locations in the globe: the Zagorochoria villages of Epirus.
I was truly impressed, and therefore, wholeheartedly recommended it.

We stayed at the Grand Serai while my wife recieved treatment in Ioanina university hospital. The staff were very happy to help with local information, directions and comunications, for example sending and recieving faxes when we found we needed additional insurance documents for the hospital. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. They showed us around, gave directions and helpful information. The facilities were spotless. The food was terrific, especially breakfast. The entire staff was so incredibly friendly, which made our stay memorable. -

Location, especially because we were given a lake view room. Clean, nicely decorated and quite luxurious. Spacious room and bathroom. I really enjoyed our dinner at their restaurant, service, food and environment-wise. The pool area was also pretty nice, not great but nice. -

Aberratio hotel was an excellent choice for our 4 days staying. The hotel is fabulous, clean, the rooms are very comfortable and beautifully decorated and the breakfast is home-made and really delicious! Efcharistoyme poli. - Wonderful new hotel! Great place! Lovely people, friendly atmosphere! Everybody was wonderful to our young child and very understanding! People who dont have children never understand those who do! It is wrong to say that the hotel is noisy, cause it isn't. People who think that, probably haven't travelled around so much. We've never met so nice and polite hotel owners in all our years of travelling in Greece. We had a wonderful time and we'll be coming back for sure! We miss you already! -

Very welcoming home of two wonderful sisters who are not only amazing cooks, craftswomen and story tellers but also passionate for nature, discrete and respectful of every wish we may have before we request it!
The place is homey, their father and inspiration/creator of the house/B&B is a wise man who dares and philosophizes and has created a heaven for his family and a wonderful business. Will return as soon as we can!

The hotel is good located in the middle of the Loutsa-Vrachos beach. The hotel staff is very pleasant and polite, very clean and comfortable rooms. There is a very nice sunset view from the balcony. For the ones who want to explore the surroundings it is excellent position between Parga and Lefkas. There are a lot of nice beaches in the area but the one just in front of the hotel, of course according to me, is the best (crystal clear sea). I would recommend the hotel to anybody who wants quiet
