We came to visit Santorini at its last days of tourist season (end of October) and decided to stay in Oia as it's considered the most beautiful town of Santorini, although it's a little further out compare with Fira. We were lucky to stay at Rimida Villas, it located outskirt of Oia, with a view of the whole town, we had seen a great sunset right outside our door one evening. The staff were awesome. So helpful and friendly. The pool/bar area were beautiful and were so relaxing! The breakfast was buffet style and was a little different each morning. It was great. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and that was great as well. The location isn't great if you want to be able to walk into town (definitely too far), but if you're looking for some peace and quiet it is perfect. It is only a few blocks from the bus station, which is convenient. We

Outside the city fuss this beautiful hidden place is excellent when you look for quiet and stunning environment. Car is essential as it would be anywhere in Mykonos for people who plan to see a bit more than a hotel pool. We were 2 couples and we wanted apartment with kitchen, to have breakfast on veranda. Casa del mar was perfect for that too! Pictures are the mirror of reality, we recommend definitely.

The location is a little bit remote without a car, but this provides more privacy. I think it's a very nice location compare to the rather busier and noisier Oia or Fira. We came to Santorini for our honeymoon and it was the perfect location! we stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, loved every second! The room had everything we needed, including a balcony with Caldera view! The pool was so nice, the perfect place to relax. The breakfast was so good, and the stuff were nice and kind. I truly recommend this hotel, and hope to come back there soon!!

one of the words I would add is ritualistic. the area of oia is in general, but caldera villas allow visitors to feel that connection with nature, history, and raw simple goodness through its dialogues with the cliffs and human settlement. The decor, strategies in design, the food, the hospitality and flexibility of the staff etc. guarantee a wholesome stay.

We were 4 friends and we all stayed in the 1 room. We loved this hotel and wished we had planned our whole trip just to stay there. The room was great, the pool was perfect, the place and clean and very easy to get too. You are in walking distance of beach side restaurants and the beach. Naxos is beautiful and i would stay here everytime!!
