  What a beautiful place and amongst the best customer service we have ever experienced. Manilos and the staff here are so friendly and welcoming that the experience is great from start to finish. Our room was very comfortable with the facility to make coffee and watch the mountains, so relaxing! It is perfect place to walk, eat and relax. Zaros just a two minute drive away if you need supermarket or bank.

She brought my clothes to a laundromat; mailed a rare fruit specimen (legally) to the United States; and when I lost my cellphone, picked it up (after I left Crete) and mailed it home.   We stayed at Achlada Mourtzanakis for six wonderful nights. We had our own villa, and were pleasantly surprised at how large and spacious it was - set out over two floors, with two balconies! Most of all the views from the villa to the surrounding countryside and the sea were stunning.
