Excellent location, great staff whose attention to detail and desire to please was second to none! Superb breakfasts with lots of choice and extras like the small pancakes deep fried and served with honey and sesame seeds - delicious. Meals in the restaurant were fantastic, again with lots of extras and a new dessert to sample every day. The staff were very well trained, courteous and took the time to talk. Appartamento di fronte al mare,con vista mare,pulito,completo di
tutto,persino le zanzariere.La posizione è molto tranquilla essendo
vicino ad una strada con passaggio praticamente nullo ed è strategica
per visitare le piu' belle spiagge di Creta.In oltre Kissamos è a 5
minuti di macchina e non ci sono problemi per il posteggio.I Proprietari
sono gentilissimi e al nostro arrivo ci hanno regalato dei dolcetti e
una bottiglia di olio di loro produzione .Per noi che abbiamo un bimbo
di 3 anni sono

Comfortable clean room with lovely decoration, cool colors and relaxing atmosphere. Pool area very beautiful with shady areas in the gardens . Views are the highlight. full panoramic views of the whole coast line and sea. 5 minutes walk to long clean beach withe free umbrellas and beds at fish taverna. Breakfast delicious and fresh . Family run hotel which makes you feel part of the family too .lovely people , real Greece !

Though small, the studio apartments are comfortable.
Beds are comfortable and there is always hot water. -

We stayed at the Happy Cretan for three nights and the only bad thing I have to say is that we didn't have more time there. The hotel setting was absolutely gorgeous! The rooms were fresh and clean along with being eco-friendly. The staff were so welcoming , particularly Georgos , and the welcome meeting with free glass of champagne and smoked salmon blinis was a really nice touch . We were upgraded and our room was lovely with fabulous view to spinalonga and hot tub on the balcony . Another very nice touch was free bottle of very good quality Cretan red wine . All in all
